What should I do if I have lost my development training certificate?
If you cannot find your development training certificate, you can still record the training hours as CPD. While we can’t verify the course without a certificate, it will still appear on your Live CV under the CPD/CE section.
Why This Matters
Your certificate is required to verify formal qualifications and count them toward your experience level and accredited training. However, we understand things can get lost, so rather than leaving gaps in your record, you can still log those hours as Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
What This Means For You
You can still add the training to your Live CV as CPD, where it will appear under the CPD section. This allows you to demonstrate your continued learning, even if the certificate is no longer available.

What You Need To Do
- Log in to your account
- Go to 'Work on your live CV'
- Scroll to Training & Qualifications
- Click Add your certificate
- Select CPD/CE
- And Save
