Why can’t I amend my graduation date?
If the graduation date on your profile is incorrect, please send us evidence (your 200hr certificate) and we’ll correct the record after verification.
Why This Matters
The graduation date is used to determine eligibility for certain levels, pathways and features (for example, whether you’re classed as a “Senior Yoga Teacher”, or which events you can list). The field is locked for you to change to keep the date accurate and to preserve trust with employers, training providers and accreditation partners.
What This Means For You
- You won’t be able to edit the date yourself from the profile editor.
- If the date is incorrect it can affect your membership experience.
- We can correct genuine errors and will require evidence to do so.
What You Need To Do
- Find your original certificate or other proof of the qualification (official certificate, provider transcript, or training log).
- Contact us on live chat in the corner and include: your full name, membership number, email address, the qualification name, the correct graduation date, and a scan/photo of your certificate or provider confirmation.
- We will review and apply a correction if the evidence supports it.
