Why do I need to upload my refund policy?

While it is not a requirement to upload your refund policy, it does ensure fairness and transparency for potential students.

Why This Matters

When you run classes, workshops, etc. you should provide clear information about refunds. Uploading your policy ensures you are meeting professional standards and protects both you and your students if disputes arise.

Please keep in mind local consumer laws, your refund policy cannot overrule these. A refund policy should cover all eventualities including cancellation, refund, deferrals and timeframes.

• Students are less likely to book with unclear terms.
• The lack of refund policy can cause you some legal trouble down the line if students take you to court for a refund.

What You Need To Do

1. Draft a simple refund policy for your yoga offerings
2. Add this policy to a site (we need a URL)
3. Log in to your profile
4. Go to edit Live CV
5. Go to the compliance section
6. Add the refund policy URL
