Overview

I offer a holistic and innovative approach to incorporating movement, creativity, and interpretation to live a better, healthier, and a more authentic and meaningful life.

I have personally experienced the transformational power that comes from unlocking your potential by exploring the connection between body, mind, and heart, leading to the changes necessary to lead an authentic life.

I believe the path to becoming our free, true, whole, unburdened, authentic selves and expressing our greatest potential lies through learning how to listen to and hear our bodies and releasing the multiple layers of protection and tension our bodies accumulate.

Yoga is a gift. It has been a gift to me and I want to share its beauty, its ability to heal and transform, to bring peace of mind, greater awareness, greater acceptance and contentment, its ability to draw out the best that lies in all of us, bringing forward the person we want to be, a person we can love and work with and continue to investigate and learn. It is a lifelong process, every step valuable, fulfilling, exciting, challenging and life affirming.

Through a regular yoga practise our body becomes stronger and more flexible, we become more aware of subtle sensations and feelings, we learn about ourselves, our bodies, our reactions and responses to people and life and our habitual patterns. And as we learn to trust the process and listen to the voice of our body, we heal, imperceptibly at first, until one day we look back and realise we have changed, for the better.

I am a fully insured British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, who has been teaching full time for over 11 years. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Yang, and Scarevelli-inspired Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga. I have assisted Paul Grilley in his Teacher Training Programmes in Europe and run workshops in London and Europe.

I am also a Somatic Experiencing Therapist (trauma release through body awareness) and have training and experience in Addiction Counselling, as well as being a Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Adviser and have also received training in Meridian Theory (Chinese Medicine) and Ayurveda (Indian Medicine).

I offer one-to-one classes, group classes and corporate yoga and run various workshops on a regular basis throughout London for all levels and abilities.
