Like her principle teacher, Tara Stiles, Alix is somewhat of an unconventional 'rebel yogi with her multi-colored hair and piercings.
Alix believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of the size of your bank account, physical shape or experience. "If you can breathe you can do yoga!' And most importantly 'YOGA IS FUN!'
In addition to #Stralayoga. Alix is also 200 hours qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with Gokul chandra and Janine Kontala. She has completed her Yoga Philosophy training at Bhaktivedenta College and is a practicing Bhakti Yogi. She has also completed Yoga Shred teaching training with Sadie Nadini and continues to study on a regular basis. Her next training is 300 RYT in Croatia with Doug Swenson and Lea Loncar ,August 2019.
