My name is Thalita, I’m 40 years old and I’m a yoga soul. For years I practice just for the physical body, but in 2013 when I had a miscarriage, yoga saves me from all my doubts, fears and loneliness.

On the process of living myself, I quit smoking only with pranayamas and meditation, and today I really believe that I have a mission: o know how to help with this type of addiction.

I love to travel, I love to meet people from different countries and cultures, and I truly believe in the power of love.
