Overview

I started off enjoying Kundalini, Forest and Vinyasa Yoga. I was lucky to do my Vinyasa teacher training with a forest yoga teacher, one of our modulas was meditation and sound. Then i did my Yin training with a meditation and Yin Teacher. Having had many gong baths and also being a greater lover of dancing and music this was an area that really stood out to me. 

Meditation is something i have always done but i didn't realise how powerful it was until i began to study it, this along with Gong Healing and Kundalini kriya's are powerful and very healing, then came my training in Yin which is a powerful healing practice that if greatly complimented by the waves of the Gong. 

My objective is to help my students connect with them selves and bring there power to the forefront, using the practice of yin yoga,Kundalini Kriya's, Sound Healing and Guided Meditation i have seen people reconnect with them selves and let go of things holding them back or just letting go and learning to relax and be.

I write meditation and affirmation for my classes sometimes i use the work of others, either way this work is powerful and the more we practice the grater the benefit.
