Anna is a dedicated practitioner who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 3 years. She specialises in yin and supporting women at all stages of life. All classes are functional, embodied and individually tailored for her students. Known for her supporting and comfortable atmosphere, Anna also offers private classes and has experience of working with students of all ages and abilities and wants to make yoga open and accessible for every-one and every-body.
