I am a certified group fitness instructor, yoga teacher and currently studying with STOTT Pilates in both Mat and Reformer. I began practising yoga when I was studying at University and quickly began a daily practice after noticing the profound impact it had not only on my body but also for my mind. I did my first yoga teacher training in 2016 and have continuously sought to develop my knowledge and skills. I am currently enrolled in my 300hour Advanced Yoga Teacher training, focusing on Vinyasa Yoga. I love to share this knowledge with students, helping them listen to their bodies and create a sustainable movement practice.
