In this DVD Tara Lee guides you through appropriate postnatal yoga suitable to practice from 6 weeks after the birth of your baby. There are different options including more gentle yoga, abdominal exercises, deep relaxation and strengthening yoga. It is recommended that you practice more gently for the first few months after having a baby and then you progress to the more advanced, stronger yoga after a few months when you feel ready.
