This is a video on how to support and cradle the head and neck.
It is most important to support, position and orientate the head to the heart and body in this practice. This has a direct effect on the nervous system and physiological response, ie. heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, including emotional and mental response. The three key reasons for this head support are shared here, and there will be reference to this head support in many of the Restorative poses in the Relax and Restore series.
