A little tea and fruit will give you the energy for a refreshing Morning Yoga class under the apple and pear trees.
Enjoy a healthy, fresh and homegrown breakfast, before experiencing the therapeutic benefits of Denny Lamas singing bowl treatment.
After another gorgeous, fresh (and veg) lunch, you will have ample time to let the clouds drift and enjoy the scenery.
Caroline Timm will afterwards guide you through an amazing time with the horses. She knows to make such an experience self-transformatory!
After our delicious dinner we will have time to sit by the fire, take a walk in the nearby forest, or let Carolines shamanic drums take us for a journey, before ending the day with another guided meditation that will ease us into a restful sleep.
