A wonderful week long retreat at Spectrum Turkey, a dedicated retreat centre nestled at the foot of the Golgeli mountains of sun drenched Dalyan, Southern Turkey. Come and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul with a week of sunshine, delicious food , wonderful boat trips, aerial and sup yoga and much much more.
This retreat is open to anyone, even the complete novice and offers a wonderful opportunity in a fabulous location to relax, recharge and try something new.

SUP Yoga teacher qualified with ASI.
Prices for 7 nights.
£795 pp single ensuite room
£755 pp twin/double ensuite room
To secure your place we require a deposit of £195 Single room pp
£155 Twin room pp.
The balance can be paid in 2 instalments of £300.
What the price includes.
7 nights Accommodation in ensuite rooms, Brunch every day, unlimited teas, coffees,water, 6 evening meals.
2 boat trips with meals on both.
5 x aerial yoga sessions
1 x sup yoga session in pool
1 x sup yoga session on lake
1 x nidra meditation in hammocks
1 x meditation floating on boards on pool
2 x face yoga sessions.
1 x massage or EFT session.
What the price excludes;
Flights and transfers
1 evening meal ( we eat out one night at a local restaurant in town)
Lunches ( can be purchased at venue or in town ...a 5 minute cycle ride away)
Optional extras include massages , beauty treatments and Turkish baths and much more.
All food at Spectrum is vegetarian , fish or meat is available on the boat trips.
