This holiday in Corfu’ will inspire you to reconnect with the power of the Elements and the Bliss of Nature as we spend one week practicing Yoga outdoor and living by the beach. There will be daily hikes to natural settings where we practice our afternoon Sunset meditation. There will be optional excursions to sacred sites, Temple of Artemis and Corfu’ town.
2nd- 6th May
Daily Yoga & Sunrise/Sunset Meditation sessions that include the techniques of Vinyasa Flow as Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas, Mantras. Long Morning Sadhana/Practice on a beachfront terrace ( weather permitting) and afternoon practice outdoor in various locations, like a Natural Reserve perched on a hill overlooking the sea, etc.
The “Art of Living Vinyasa”, daily Yoga is open to all. The TT Module “Art of Teaching Vinyasa” is open to Trainees of Aditya 200hrs and other teachers the own a 200hrs Certificate from an accredited School and is valid towards the 300hrs Aditya Yoga Certification Course. Upon completion and upon request the Teachers that have attended the TT Module will be issue an Attendance Certificate that will reflect the contact hrs covered together.

Optional ” The art of teaching Vinyasa” Module in Corfu’ £ 110 . Open to Teachers in Training with Aditya 200hrs / 300hrs/500hrs and Teachers with 200hrs qualification.

£ 600 with “The Art of Living Vinyasa” plus TT ” The Art of Teaching Vinyasa” valid as CPD with yoga Alliance Professionals (25/30 Contact hrs), included Certificate and PDF Manual.
