On this day retreat, Adelene will share the theory and art of Relaxation. Relaxation is a skill, and we know that a skill can be learnt and refined. As Relaxation is a precursor to Rest, therefore understanding the craft and technique of Relaxation may potentially improve one’s quality for Rest.
