Daily Schedule
08:30 - 10:00 : Morning class (90 min yoga) 10:30 - 11:00 : Breakfast 11:30 - 14:00 : Lectures/workshops/meditations 14:15 - 15:00 : Lunch 15:00 - 17:30 : Free time to sunbathe, swim, reflect and for therapies 17:30 - 19:00 : Afternoon class (90 minutes Yin yoga, taichi/qigong or meditation) 19:30 - 20:30 : Evening meal 20:30 - 21:00 : Daily evaluation
Please note that morning class will start between 08:00 and 08:30 depending on the heat of the season. Flexibility and individual requests are always allowed and there will be an alteration to the schedule on the days we have our trips out.
