Step out of your day to day and into an indulgent day of yoga…
Our retreat day will take place in the quaint village of Hatton, in a lovely space of oak panelled walls and majestic vaulted ceiling with chandeliers, a relaxing and calming space as soon as you step foot inside.
We are practising on the first weekend after the Spring equinox, and will start our morning session will include a mediation and sankalpa as you set your intentions for the new phase ahead, followed by a energising slow flow practice to inspire and energise you as you step into Spring.
Lunch will be homemade, delicious and nutritious – nurturing you on all levels and giving you time to connect to each other.
In the afternoon we we will slow down and turn inwards, allowing you the time and space to enjoy some deeply relaxing and restoring practices to balance your energy for the day.
By the end of the day you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired.
Timings:
Arrivals from 9.45am ready for 10am start
10am – 10.30 Welcome, meditation and sankalpa
10.30 – 12.30pm Hatha/Hatha flow practice
12.30 – Lunch
2pm Pranayama and meditation
2.30pm Yin Yoga
3.30pm Yoga Nidra
4pm Closing and departures
Lunch will be provided and will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options
