We are delighted to offer this yoga retreat at beautiful Yuva Eco Retreat Centre beside the Aegean Sea on the stunning Turquoise coast of Southwest Turkey.
Each morning will begin with a sunrise Mysore-style practice session followed by a delicious Turkish breakfast of locally grown produce. There will be two hour late afternoon workshop-style sessions taken by Brian and Jane on alternate days and together on the final day, leaving plenty of time in between to relax and swim in the crystal clear sea, walk along the coastal paths or simply rest in one of the kosks.
All food is vegetarian Turkish village cuisine - varied, fresh and prepared with love!
We will offer an optional excursion on one day possibly taking in the nearby harbour town of Fethiye and a boat trip.
A minimum of 3 months Ashtanga practice preferred. Contact if you wish to discuss this.
Yuva is a very special retreat centre which has been created harmoniously within the landscape in which it nestles. Far from light pollution and off-road the air is fragrant with herbs and the atmosphere is one where you truly breathe!
