I’m a yoga instructor specializing in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Maya Fiennes’ Yoga for Real Life method. I also teach pranayama breathing techniques, vinyasa flow yoga, and meditation/mindfulness.
A significant portion of my teaching occurs in correctional centers as a prison arts practitioner. I’m currently developing a foundational actor training methodology that incorporates elements of Kundalini Yoga as a means of transcending trauma in the acting studio.
