It consists of a training course that will last for 60 hours in a theoretical-practical approach. This e-learning course allows trainees to manage their study time at their own pace.
Topics such as the Alternative World of Babies (crying, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, play, sleep), adapting Yoga to the development rhythm of each baby, pre-built structures for each level of class, colic sequences, sequences to keep the baby healthy, active sequences, and relaxation sequences with meditation exercises, massages, etc., will be addressed.
