Integral Wellbeing aims to help individuals thrive in today’s environment. My portfolio includes individual, business and team coaching, yoga, meditation and mindfulness training and hypnobirthing. I work with a network of experts to bring genuinely client centred solutions with a holistic and integral approach.

As a certified integral development coach, with over 12-years of experience in the fast-paced and constantly changing pharmaceutical industry, I bring extensive expertise in the areas of individual development, team excellence and change management. I am additionally a qualified yoga teacher, practising and teaching Yoga for many years. 

Having a multicultural background myself, I highly value diversity in all its forms. I am a passionate, self-driven and empathetic person. Life has taught me that there is learning in everything and a positive outlook is the starting point for every self-development journey.

Whether I am coaching or teaching Yoga, I always apply a holistic approach, to foster the re-connection of body, mind and soul. I believe that we all have the answers within ourselves, waiting to be uncovered.

Yoga is a way of reconnecting with your body, heart and soul. 

Whether I am practising for myself or teaching others, my heart guides my yoga is coloured by the different styles I have experienced.

Come to join me on the mat for some fun and to reconnect with your body. The Yoga studio caters for up to 8 people per lesson thus offering an individualised and personalised practice. 

Integral Wellbeing also offers prenatal yoga help you connect with your child and prepare your body and mind for birth, and postnatal yoga to help you to recover from birth gently.
