Overview

I have been practicing and studying yoga for over a decade. I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and I teach with an authentic and fun approach.  

For me, yoga is the balance between strength and flexibility, effort and relaxation. Thus, my classes combine both strength and mobility in a dynamic style and when it is required to return to a calmer and more inner practice.

The practice of yoga brings positive results on different levels: relaxation of the body, elimination of tensions, elimination of toxins, capacity of concentration, self-knowledge, calming, well-being, dynamism and positivism, harmony with oneself and one's environment...

Yoga allows us to go beyond our limits and broaden our horizon. Each person is unique and therefore different, as are the motivations for practicing yoga.

With dedicated and sincere practice, yoga becomes a way of life.

Each step brings a little more well-being and harmony, don't be in a hurry, be humble and the path will be rich!
