40hour Mythology and Moonology

Live sessions are at relevant moon phases but can be done within a year as live sessions will be recorded.

On completion trainees will:

• Have an understanding of Yogic Mythology, the Hindu Gods & Goddesses, and yogic practices aligned to them
• Understand the moon phases and how they affect us
• Know what yoga practices (asanas, meditations, mantras, mudras, asanas, etc) to practice during each moon phase
• Create a sacred ritual and meditation practice according to the moon phases and Gods/Goddesses
• Understand energy and subtle body connections (including chakras and the endocrine system)
• Understand the basics of Vedic Astrology
• Create a yoga class plan according to each moon phase
