overview

teach to those who will contribute to the world’s future

We believe that yoga is for everyone, including children. It supports and enhances physical, emotional and cognitive development and all-round wellbeing – which are vital skills in a world that’s placed increasing demands on children, especially during this pandemic period.

triyoga is proud to offer this teacher training with Susannah Hoffman, one of the foremost children’s yoga teachers in the UK and author of the best-selling book Yoga for Kids.

The course will cover teaching children from ages 2–3, 4–6, 7–9 and 10–14. You’ll learn how to teach interactive classes based on yoga asana combined with other movement to develop co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills.

The course is structured into clear, separate sections and will provide you with the necessary skills to teach yoga to children. The course is open to yoga teachers as well as dedicated students with a regular practice or professionals who work with children and want to learn how to integrate aspects of yoga into their work.
