200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC

Our training exceeds the expectations set by Yoga Alliance Professionals with a full 200 contact-hours of training. You will return home with the skills and confidence to teach artful sequences that include asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation linked to yogic wisdom through themes. You will also learn to lead Ashtanga Primary Series and breath workshops.Yoga Teacher Training program's schedule is designed in a very balanced way that it keeps the student in contemplation of the subject throughout the day and also allows them to have the personal time. The schedule is the best integration of theory and practice of yoga. It also allows the student to stay energetic for all the classes. We recommend a minimum of two years of practice to undergo this training.
