This course provides an indepth exploration of yoga principals with a strong emphasis on the Ashtanga intermediate series. Trainees are expected to maintain a daily yoga practice during their training.

Asana, bandha, drishti, mudhra Pranayama, kriyas, mantra, kirtan Meditation and yoga nidra Traditional yoga philosophy and western interpretations Anatomy Teaching methodology How to maintain an attitude of continuous exploration of topics that support a personal practice and development. The 300hour advanced training prepares its trainees to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced, more detailed, and/or more subtle, and the training enables them to teach.
