I am delighted to bring to you our new Yoga teacher training course designed specifically for women's health. This course will be a deep exploration into Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda for women's wellbeing.
The first 6weekends of the course we will cover all the same material of our regular Teacher Training course with some elements of women's wellbeing as we journey together. The first 6weekend's include modules on:

Womb Wisdom & Sacred Cycles

Women's Circle
Creating a sacred space
Ayurveda for Women including modules on
Menstrual Health
Pregnancy
Birthing
Menopause.

Anatomy of the female Body
Pelvic Floor health

Cost of the course is 2500euros, deposit of 500euros must be paid to secure your place, payment plan available for the remaining amount.

Ayurvedic consultation with Rachel Collins.
Weekend retreat at Earthwise.
People traveling to attend the course are welcome to sleep in the yoga space, and have use of the kitchen in the hse to prepare meals, please bring a mattress and bedding, this is free of charge
