Our approach is transformational, therapeutic, anatomical and bioenergetic.
Our focus is on Transformational Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga. We balance with Yin Yoga, explore breath in the organic movement, bioenergetic alignment. We awaken the senses and through practices in Nature, as part of our weekly schedule. Daily Meditation, Mantra, Mudras, Pranayama, Joint clearing, and Yoga Nidra are integrated within the practice. Morning Theory daily, Iyengar & Anusara approach alignment classes. Sundays are free.
