Continuing Professional Development weekend course for practicing Yoga Teachers
This is a biennial course offering an opportunity for yoga teachers to continue to develop their skills after gaining some experience in teaching. The weekend will offer a place to share, learn and connect with peers.
Cost for the weekend £160. A £60 deposit secures your place with the balance due on or before February 28th 2020.
There is a minimum number of 10 people for the course to run and maximum of 18.
The weekend will be 16 contact hours and 4 hours non-contact and will count as CPD hours for Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Course content will include:
Group practice
Adjustment refresher
Sequencing
Teaching workshops
Teaching pranayama, trataka and meditation
Teaching clinic - sharing of knowledge and a forum to ask questions relating to teaching yoga.
Posture clinic - going over alignment, technique, modifications, etc.
Open to all yoga teachers qualified to 200 hours, foundation level or beyond.
