This hands-on workshop has been adapted so that you can teach safely in person with verbal and physical adjustments and will involve work in pairs, and a whole group. There will be an initial practice to begin the day and after a short break, we will look closely at the theory and practice of Yoga Therapy for these specific health issues. 4.5 CPD hours will be given by Yoga Alliance Professionals, and a certificate of attendance from Ambika Yoga.

This professional workshop will be led by Alexa Kho-Hinkson Founder and Senior Yoga Trainer of Ambika Yoga specialising in Yoga Therapy, and working 1-1 with clients for over thirteen years in London, and worldwide.
