This event is open to teachers with a 200hr TT qualification.
Located close to the centre of Chiangmai. A beautiful studio owned by an ex-Buddhist nun. Located right next to the river Peng (our garden).
10.15am Ceremony & Meditation
11.45-12.45pm Yoga Asana
2-5.15pm Teaching Practices & Processes
Saturday & Sunday finish 7pm latest
Afternoon includes:
• hands on assists
• sequencing skills
• deepening connection to your authentic voice
• cueing skills
• working with injuries
• teaching processes to get out of your own way
• personalised meditation & reflective practice
Additional Activities:
• Fire Ceremony
• Cacao Ceremony
• 4 additional mentorship
Optional lunch provided
There are showers and all necessary equipment at the studio
