Offering the latest yoga therapy research and knowledge in these issues, this CPD workshop will introduce you to both conditions and how to go about supporting your students, and clients during this time of huge global shift, and uncertainty. You will further gain CPD points from Yoga Alliance Professionals to add to your hours in 2020, and a certificate of attendance from Ambika Yoga.
This professional workshop will be led by Alexa Kho-Hinkson Founder and Senior Yoga Trainer of Ambika Yoga specialising in Yoga Therapy, and working 1-1 with clients for over 12 years in London, and worldwide.
