Teaching meditation requires a different skill set from teaching yoga postures. You might be a yoga teacher looking to skill up, a professional looking to use meditation with your clients, or a yoga practitioner who would like to share the practice of calm with a loved one. You are welcome to attend this course if you have an existing meditation practice and a motivation to teach meditation. This day-course will be a balance of information sharing, discussion, exploration and practice. It is intended to equip you with the knowledge and skills to confidently lead a meditation in various styles of mindfulness meditation.
