Whether you are just starting out on your journey as a Yoga Teacher, seeking to enhance your existing teaching skills or simply wish to develop your personal practice, our Restorative Yoga Teacher Training immersion will provide you with the tools to enrich your practice and teach authentically, grounded both in self-awareness and experiential knowledge.

Restorative Yoga is one of the most wholesome and non-dogmatic approaches to yoga today. As our world speeds up, and our need to slow-down because of a health necessity, Restorative Yoga is gaining increasing appreciation among teachers and practitioners all over the world.


Content & Structure for Teaching Restorative Yoga

This Teaching Immersion into Restorative Yoga creates space for exploration and study. Restorative Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today, but also useful as a stand-alone healing practice. In this Immersion, we will explore:

  • Restorative practice
  • The Nervous System & Organs
  • Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
  • The Art of Teaching Restorative
  • Therapeutic Applications

Deborah will share her experience and the tools of the practice, exploring how to relax and rest deeply.  Each day will include Restorative Practice as well as Meditation and Self-reflection. You will be required to have your own daily practice during the course as well as journaling.

Additional Hours

  • 5 hours reading
  • 5 hour assignment
  • 10 hour home practice, reflection and journaling
