In this Immersion, we will explore Yin sequencing, understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin, deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space, the history and concepts of Yin Yoga, Chinese Meridian theory, exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin, and meditation practices.
The course includes a mixture of experiential Yin Practice, lectures, group discussions and teaching practice exercises – ensuring you to go away armed with everything you need to teach this wonderful and hugely popular style of yoga. Each day will include experiential Yin Practice as well as Meditation Practices.
This teacher immersion will be an interactive learning experience, encouraging you to find your own voice, confidence and style as a yin yoga teacher, within a supportive training environment.
There will be some pre and post-course hours to complete as part of the non-contact hours of this course. This course counts as 24 contact hours and can be used towards your YAP additional training hours.
