Teaching Yin Yoga - A 4 Day Immersion

This Yin Yoga Training Immersion creates space to explore the practice and experience of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today.

In this training immersion, we will explore:

• Yin Sequencing
• Understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin
• Deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space,
• The history and concepts of Yin Yoga
• Chinese Meridian Theory
• Exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin
• Meditation practices

The Yin Yoga Training immersion includes a mixture of experiential Yin practice, lectures, group discussions and teaching practice exercises – ensuring you to go away armed with everything you need to teach this wonderful and hugely popular style of yoga.
