During this four-day, 50 hour, training immersion with Senior Yoga Alliance Teacher Dawn Wright, you will explore the practice and experience of Yin Yoga, understand the history and concepts of Yin Yoga, and learn how to effectively teach this subtle but powerful style of yoga.
You will gain a deeper understanding of this practice and its theory and confidence to teach Yin to your students.
This small group course is primarily for yoga teachers, but is also open to yoga students who wish to gain a deeper knowledge of Yin Yoga for their personal practice.
