This expert workshop takes you through the what, why and how to of using intelligent yoga sequencing to improve running performance.

You will come away with skills and knowledge that you can apply to your own running or to the runners in your classes including:
– Understanding what is happening when people run
– What goes wrong for runners’ bodies?
– Intelligent sequencing – appropriate, targeted, accessible
– Injuries – common running injuries and how we can help (and what not to do)
– Recovery – breathwork, mindfulness, mindflow

As with all Sarah’s teaching the workshop will be fun, practical, real-world, hands-on with loads of small group work and Q & A. Bring your questions, thoughts, experiences and ideas.

Whether you are a yoga teacher with runners in your classes, or a running-yogi, this workshop will give you the tools and understanding to improve running performance – faster, safer, longer, less injuries and recovering faster.

Sarah will be leading her teacher-only specialist accreditation – The body athletic: teaching yoga to athletes + in sport. The course runs over five weekends from January through September 2021 at triyoga. This is the only accredited vocational yoga for sport course – accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
