Sinéad's end goal for her students is that at the end of a course they will have nurtured a set of skills that they can draw on to develop their yoga practice further. Skills such as safe alignment principles, breathe practices, asana, and meditation.

Practices with Sinéad are based on a strong foundation of building positive experiences through yoga movement and meditation that are beneficial long after we have left the mat.   

Through one form or another Sinéad has been facilitating learning since 2001 through her roles working  with young people in Waterford and since 2019 has added yoga to her teaching repertoire. 200 hour qualified through Alphazone Sinéad completed her teacher training with Michael Connolly. Her commitment to maintaining a student mind sees her continuing to study with her long-term teacher, Aoife Lacey, Michael Connolly and visiting international teachers.
