200 hour graduate of Pink Lotus Yoga Studio in Aberdeen. I have practiced yoga for15 years and been fortunate enough to have practiced in many countries including India. I have a health, fitness and sport management background. I decided to do the 200 hour Hatha training for personal progression but now find teaching exhilarating and extremely rewarding. 

I am currently continuing my studies in Canada. Whilst living in the beautiful city of Calgary I have embarked on a 300hr teacher training which I will complete early 2020. I am also a certified Yin Yoga teacher and had the pleasure of studying with Bernie Clarke in Vancouver in May 2019. 

Yoga has enhanced my life in so many ways and I hope my learnings and teaching will enhance yours.
