Yoga has always been part of my adult life, and something which has reliably been there for me...
Throughout the ups and downs, Yoga has given me a continuum and a truth which is rarely present in our modern life.
I have practiced with various wonderful teachers and enjoyed different disciplines of Yoga, from Ashtanga, Bikram in swealtering 40° heat, Restorative, Hatha and finally Anusara Yoga.
Having graduated from the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and successfully gained my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training this year, I am now so looking forward to sharing my knowledge and inspire others to find Yoga in their lives.
My aim is to teach the physical practice with dedication and compassion but equally important is to share the philosophical aspects and help to transform the body & mind and encourage my students to deepen their awareness and find their true potential in spirit & heart.
