Lucy has been practising yoga for over 15 years, and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2015. She trained with internationally acclaimed Frog Lotus Yoga (FLY).
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic and powerful style of yoga, simultaneously strengthening and lengthening the body while relaxing and calming the mind.
