I began a regular yoga practice in 2001, drawn initially to classes for their physical benefits but soon relishing the effects yoga had on my overall wellbeing and how well it complemented my running and cycling.
My teaching journey began after I took my first hot yoga class at FeelHotYoga in Watford. As I left the studio a sign advertised their Teacher Training course. I knew this was the right time and place for me and I enrolled, qualifying in July 2014 with distinction.
I have since established my own yoga business in the Hertfordshire/ Buckinghamshire area, teaching classes, couples and one-to-ones. My classes are a melting pot of hatha flow, dynamic yoga, yin-inspired yoga and sport-specific yoga, but most importantly they are relaxed, fun and ego-free.
As a keen runner I am developing classes and workshops specifically aimed at runners and sports people, aiming to introduce the many benefits of yoga to athletes.
