I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Feel Wellbeing Yoga in 2014. I started practicing yoga over 30 years ago as a student mainly to compliment my sporting lifestyle. I soon realised the many benefits of staying injury free and could related to the philosophy of mental well-being. I was fortunate to learn with an Iyengar and value the importance of correct alignment and hands on adjustments. Since qualified I have continued to enhance my training and taught regularly in leisures centres, private studios 1-1. I am very passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others.
