Overview

I first stepped on to a yoga mat 19 years ago when joining a Hatha yoga class at a local leisure centre. Straight away I experienced the benefits of movement and breathwork and was hooked. Over the years I've practiced different styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa Flow. Yoga has been the antidote to a busy corporate and family life and has become a practice to bring balance to my mind and body. In 2018, after a career change, I decided to pursue my love of yoga and signed up to a BWY foundation course, and in 2020 I embarked on a 200 hour YTT with Nighean Hardie at Twisted Yoga. I believe that everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga and look forward to sharing my carefully crafted sequences uniting breath, body and mind.

In 2021 I completed an Advanced Applied Anatomy teacher training with Lucy and Ben Parker at Flow, Tunbridge Wells and a Pranayama and Breathwork teacher training with Laurent Roure.

In May 2022 I completed a Menopause Yoga teacher training with Petra Coveney.

I teach yoga classes, suitable for all levels, in New Barnet at Subud Barnet Centre, East Barnet Road on:

Thursday 18.45 - 20.00

Friday, 11.00 - 12.15

I teach at Twisted Yoga, Bounds Green on Tuesday's 19.00 - 20.00.

I will be arranging Menopause Yoga workshops from Summer 22.
