I’m Rosie and I’m a Yoga Alliance 200hr registered yoga teacher.  Yoga entered my life following a minor back injury in 2013.  As I recovered I knew I needed a practice in my life that would be sustainable, nurturing and help prevent further injury.  I began with Hatha and Ashtanga and completed my British Wheel of Yoga Foundation in 2015 this where I began to understand that yoga is far more than just a physical practise.  Yoga has had a profoundly positive impact on my life and training to teach means that I can share my passion.


In my classes I will hold space for you, giving you a chance to shut out the modern world for an hour or two and dedicate some much needed time to relax, restore and replenish.  I chose to specialise in a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that is anatomically optimised to help you achieve your full expression of the asanas.


What you can expect from my classes and workshops:


Core Strength Vinyasa – Fun, flowing, dynamic style of yoga designed to work your deep core muscles.  Work to your own ability, stretching & strengthening to find your most authentic expression of traditional yoga postures. These classes can be fierce and challenging or we can slow it down to be calming and meditative but always using deep core connection for fluidity and control.


Yin Yoga - A series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body. Great for loosening the connective tissue and deeply restorative.  I hold space, you explore!


Yoga Nidra – I take immense pleasure in yoga nidra, for escapism and deeply regenerative guided meditation, both as a student and even more as a teacher.  I can work to your needs both in a group or private practice.  Treat yourself!


Access Bars - Deeply relaxing hands on therapeutic practice designed to help you let go of resistance and blockages. Promoting wellness, joy and mental clarity. Mobile service.


Yoga is a lifelong journey of discovery and inspiration.  Yoga is a community.  My classes are inclusive and can be tailored to your ability.  I will forever be a yoga student, deepening my practise.  Join me on the mat and we’ll travel together.
