I completed my 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with The Academy of Yoga Training in Bath. I am also a student of Eden Energy Medicine and bring Energy Medicine techniques into my Yoga classes. I believe Yoga and Energy Medicine are a beautiful partnership. Together they create space for energy to flow and then direct the energy within the body to enhance wellbeing, healing and joy. My classes tend to be relatively gentle and restorative.
