As a teacher, I am interested in making my students feel comfortable in accessing the right Yoga practice for their bodies and for that day. I am also interested in a person cantered, holistic approach, and focusing on them from a remedial perspective, so working on any physical, mental and emotional ailments they have through a tailored Yoga class. I tend to always be carrying out a training course. Currently, I am carrying out a 200 Hour Yoga teacher training course and after this I will be training in a Counselling Dioloma. I am interested in diet (I am vegan), Ayurveda, alternative therapies, life coaching, biomechanics, psychology etc, and tend to incorporate these into my aftercare advice for my clients.
