I have worked in sport, health, fitness and wellness for over 30 years. Key clients have included England Rugby as a Performance Lifestyle adviser and more recently The Premier League and British Swimming as a Professional Skills Mentor. I have practised all styles of yoga for 20 years and recently qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher with the Bath Yoga Studio. I am also training to become a Primordial Sound meditation teacher with the Chopra Centre in California. As a wellness coach I wholeheartedly embrace and actively encourage the concept of holistic wellness via one to one individual sessions or small group sessions in my summer house just outside the beautiful city of Bath
