Yoga has been important in my life for the last 5 years although I first went to a yoga class about 10 years ago for a few months. Yoga then found me again 5 years ago and I started in a local hot studio. I find yoga so beneficial to my mental, emotional and physical well-being.
I trained in India qualifying in Astanga/Vinyasa Flow and also Yin. I also practice Ashtanga, Flow, Broga and Jivamukti and Yin - i strongly believe variety is good.
I have also trained and qualified from YogaCampus to teach Special Yoga fir Special Children
Life is for living and my mantra is all about surrendering to the now - go JumpThatScooter.
Travelling is important and I have just had 8 months in SE Asia, New Zealand , Australia and India - good for the mind, body and most importantly the soul.
